King's Tower, a downtown Toronto condominium built in the 1990's required a fresh new update to which MAPA provided a
contemporary and sophisticated transformation.
Inspired by jewel-like tones and surfaces, the interior sparkles with golden metallic accents, terrazzo-like porcelains, warm tone woods,
mirrored surfaces, and modern and stylish decorative lighting.
The main entrance and vestibule have been updated with new glass and metal frame enclosures allowing the main lobby to feel more open and modernized.
Walking thru the main lobby we encounter the new security desk location which will serve to provide higher security needs and overall enhance the functionality and operation of the client's needs. As we continue to walk-thru the lobby the atrium opens into the elevator lobby area where we have a new seating area and metal mesh wooden screens throughout that are grounded by a large modern chandelier.
As we walk up the new stone steps with gold metal rail we move into the back of house of the space providing pathways to the mailroom and back exits.
A modern transformation with a hint of traditional accents, King's Tower renovation brings out the jewel of this gem found in Toronto's vibrant entertainment area.
